Getting Started with MAC Shopper

Mac-Shopper Navigation

  • ^Above is the link to Mac-Shopper. If you require frequent orders, please bookmark this for easy access.
  • If you need an account to place orders for your team, please use the "Contact Us" tab above to let us know. We'll get that set up as quickly as possible.

Clicking on the MACU logo at the top left will redirect you to the home screen.

To the top right are four buttons:

  • Welcome [Name]: This takes you to your account, where you can look over past orders and more.
  • Search All Products: Here you can search the whole website for whatever items you’re looking for.
  • Cart: Here you can view items currently in your cart prior to checkout.
    • *Note: When viewing your Cart and preparing to check out, if you need to add a note for the fulfillment center, click on the “Special instructions” text box at the bottom left side of your cart
    • Log out: This will log you out of your current session, but you will remain on the web page.

All other navigation is done from the red bar near the top.

Main Page

  • Shop For: Features the most frequently visited categories.

  • Popular Promo Items: Here you will find popular and featured promotional items.

Ordering/Checkout

  • Check to make sure everything in your cart is correct.
  • Make sure your item quantities are correct, as some items come in packs (i.e. 1 order of pens = 1 pack of 50 pens)
  • Leave special instructions for the fulfillment center if needed on the Cart page.
  • Click “Checkout”
  • You will be asked to confirm your address.
    • PLEASE make sure that your address conforms exactly as each field requests.
  • Continue to Payment Method
  • This should already be set to “Macu GL”, which will be billed to your teams budget at the end of the month.
  • Submit your order. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. If you do not, check your account and your registered email address to make sure the order was placed and that the email address is correct.
