Getting Started with MAC Shopper
Please bookmark this URL - http://mac-shopper.myshopify.com/
- Search Bar - click the magnifying glass (upper right)
- Order History - click the person icon (upper right)
- Return to "Home" - click the MACU Logo (upper left)
- Having issues or question - click "Contact Us"
- Items under the "Marketing" tab/navigation are fulfilled by Marketing
- Items under the "Inventory" tab/navigation are fulfilled by the Mail Room
Ordering/Checkout
- Check to make sure everything in your cart is correct.
- Make sure your item quantities are correct, as some items come in packs (i.e. 1 order of pens = 1 pack of 50 pens)
- Click “Checkout”
- PLEASE make sure that your address conforms exactly as each field requests.
- Continue to Payment Method
- This should already be set to “Macu GL”, which will be billed to your teams budget at the end of the month.
- Submit your order. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. If you do not, check your account and your registered email address to make sure the order was placed and that the email address is correct.
- Once your order is marked fulfilled, you should get another email. At this point (depending on your location) it is waiting for the courier to pick up and deliver OR that it is being sent UPS/FedEx. In the case of UPS/FedEx, your fulfillment notice should also have your tracking number.
NOTE: If you have not received your order within a week (custom orders, Canopy event tents and tables please allow 3-4 weeks) please reach out to us via the "Contact Us" Tab so we can promptly assist.
