MACU Wear Return and Exchange Policy

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a MACU Wear Return & Exchange form.

• To qualify for a return or exchange, MACU Wear must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition and in the bag that it was originally shipped in.
• For MACU Wear with manufacturer defects, you may return it for credit or exchange it for the same or a different item. 
• All clothing must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

Return/Exchange: How-To

• Ensure your MACU Wear meets the above criteria.
• Download and fill out the “MACU Wear Return & Exchange Form” linked above.
• Neatly fold the MACU Wear and place it, with the completed form, inside the original bag it came in.
• Send to the MAC mailroom, where it will be forwarded to the vendor for processing.
• Please allow 2-4 weeks for credits to be applied or for your exchanged item to arrive.
